Inside the making / Tirupur
One connected system
Our infrastructure
Every stage lives within a connected production ecosystem, giving our teams control over quality, speed and consistency from the first yarn to the final carton.

01 / Foundation
Yarn becomes fabric through technology built for scale.
Our knitting division has a manufacturing capacity of more than 12 tons per day. In-house machinery combines innovation with quality production, creating Rib, Jersey, Airtex, Honeycomb, Lycra Jersey, Fleece and Mini Jacquards in a wide range of structures and finishes.

02 / Colour & control
Colour engineered with consistency.
Our dyeing plant, Jeyavishnu Clothing Pvt. Ltd., processes more than 50 tons of knitted fabric per day. Soft-flow and airflow technology, temperature-controlled systems and a computerized laboratory with data colour matching deliver dependable colour accuracy under qualified chemists.
Our compacting unit gives fabric its final controlled finish, managing shrinkage, spirality and GSM with machinery imported from the USA and Italy.

03 / Precision
Automation meets practiced human judgment.
Our cutting department combines machine automation with manual expertise to bring speed and volume to production. Advanced auto cutters and supporting equipment enable a monthly capacity of more than 4 million innerwear and outerwear units.

04 / Expression
Visual impact, placed with industrial precision.
Our printing unit works across one to twenty colours with a capacity exceeding 50,000 pieces per day. Automated MHM placement and oval printing machines are joined by two Stormac all-over printing machines with a combined capacity of 15 tons per day.

05 / Dimension
Detail shaped by continually evolving technology.
Our embroidery unit uses current design automation supported by in-house punching design, appliqué cutting and roll-fusing capabilities. Regular machinery upgrades keep the unit ready for intricate, distinctive work at a capacity of 10 million stitches per day.

06 / Assembly
Customer sketches become consistent garments.
Product-focused sewing lines across our facilities turn fabric into garments of varied size, shape and colour, with a capacity of 100,000 pieces per day. Experienced operators train for specific product groups, building efficiency and consistency into every stitch.

07 / Assurance
Every piece examined before it leaves our hands.
Checking, ironing and packaging align every garment with the customer’s vision. Experienced quality teams inspect against globally accepted AQL standards, supported by checks at every production stage. Finished pieces pass through metal detection before sealing in dedicated metal-free airport packaging zones.

08 / Dispatch
Protection designed into the final mile.
Our in-house corrugated-box unit strengthens our vertically integrated process. Modern corrugation and die-cut machinery produces three tons of high-quality boxes every day, helping garments reach customer warehouses in the same condition in which they leave our facilities.
