01 / Foundation

Knitting

Yarn becomes fabric through technology built for scale.

Our knitting division has a manufacturing capacity of more than 12 tons per day. In-house machinery combines innovation with quality production, creating Rib, Jersey, Airtex, Honeycomb, Lycra Jersey, Fleece and Mini Jacquards in a wide range of structures and finishes.

Dyeing

Colour engineered with consistency.

Our dyeing plant, Jeyavishnu Clothing Pvt. Ltd., processes more than 50 tons of knitted fabric per day. Soft-flow and airflow technology, temperature-controlled systems and a computerized laboratory with data colour matching deliver dependable colour accuracy under qualified chemists.

Our compacting unit gives fabric its final controlled finish, managing shrinkage, spirality and GSM with machinery imported from the USA and Italy.

Finishing

Every piece examined before it leaves our hands.

Checking, ironing and packaging align every garment with the customer’s vision. Experienced quality teams inspect against globally accepted AQL standards, supported by checks at every production stage. Finished pieces pass through metal detection before sealing in dedicated metal-free airport packaging zones.

Packaging

Protection designed into the final mile.

Our in-house corrugated-box unit strengthens our vertically integrated process. Modern corrugation and die-cut machinery produces three tons of high-quality boxes every day, helping garments reach customer warehouses in the same condition in which they leave our facilities.

in less.

Less carbon. Less waste. Less pressure on water and energy. We apply environmentally responsible practices throughout design, manufacturing, packaging and distribution.

  • A functional rainwater-harvesting system at our manufacturing facility.
  • Wind and solar investment now supplying 30% of total energy consumption.
  • Recycling, reuse and eco-friendly material choices across operations.
  • Compliance with environmental laws and regulations in daily operations.
